Beauce rally: Quebec conservatives court anglophones

The Conservative Party of Quebec held a rally in Beauce Sunday, positioning itself as a party that appeals to both rural and urban voters. 

Party leader Eric Duhaime made an appeal to anglophones, stating his party's opposition to Bill 96.
