SAO PAOLO, Brazil -- Argentina has defeated the Netherlands 4-2 in a penalty shootout to advance to the World Cup final.
Neither team scored in regulation or extra time.
Argentina will play Germany in Sunday's championship game.
The Netherlands will take on Brazil in the third-place game Saturday.
