The Surete du Quebec is investigating two bodies found in a Granby home after a worried relative asked the local police to check in.
Local officers found the bodies at 5 p.m. Tuesday, and then transferred the case to the provincial police force.
Some officers from the SQ arrived overnight, and on Wednesday morning the SQ removed its command post outside the home at 220 Gince St., saying police had already collected all the evidence they needed.
An SQ spokesperson said no obvious signs of violence were found on the bodies of the man and the woman, so they will have to undergo an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
