A horse barn in Lanaudiere was burned to the ground this morning.
Police say shortly before 1 a.m. there was a call about a fire at a horse farm on 4e Rang W. in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare.
Firefighters from several neighbouring communities worked through the night to put out the fire.
Fortunately no animals were in the building at the time and no one was injured.
The Surete du Quebec is now investigating the cause of the fire.
