More bad news for the Habs as the team announced on Friday that forward David Desharnais will miss three weeks with a broken foot.

He suffered the injury while blocking a shot during a 6-2 loss against the Arizona Coyotes on Feb. 15.

Desharnais, who has nine goals and 17 assists in 57 games, was out of the lineup for the Canadiens' 3-2 loss to Colorado on Wednesday. Lars Eller took his place between Max Pacioretty and rookie Sven Andrighetto.
