Quebec's anti-corruption unit (UPAC) conducted another raid in Terrebonne Tuesday morning at a private residence.

According to a source, it is the residence of Daniel Belec, the chief of staff of the mayor of Terrebonne, Jean-Marc Robitaille.

UPAC said this event is linked to the series of raids it conducted at municipal buildings in Terrebonne on July 13. The raids are part of an investigation into the awarding of public contracts.

During the first set of raids Terrebonne administration had said it would fully cooperate with UPAC agents.

No arrests were made.
