MONTREAL - Quebec’s provincial police issued a warning Tuesday advising youth that possessing a photo of a minor on their cell phone or computer constitutes a serious crime.
The SQ said that it has become increasingly common for kids to send nude photos of themselves to peers but they point out that possessing, sending, or accessing a photo of a nude minor is a serious criminal act, as it constitutes possession of child pornography.
