Thousands of households were briefly in the dark Friday night after a power outage in Montreal's Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood.
At 8:51 p.m., more than 34,000 customers lost power, according to Hydro-Quebec's website, which said the outage was caused by "equipment failure."
Power was largely restored to people in that area by around 9:20 p.m.
