Richard Schmid has been studying computers in the classroom for much of his career.
He met with Paul Karwatsky to discuss a 40-year analysis of how technological advancements have changed school.
"It's not the technology per se that makes the difference," said Schmid.
"It's the way the teacher use the technology. It's the way the student uses the technology."
