Two more hotels have reached agreements in principle with their staff.
Negotiations between the CSN and hotels have produced an even dozen agreements in the past week, and more negotiations are ongoing.
The Hyatt Regency in Montreal and the Hilton Laval are the latest hotels to work out contracts with their unionized employees. 300 workers at the Hyatt Regency were locked out on July 25, 2012.
Those agreements still need to be ratified by staff before they come into effect.
The new contract agreements are scheduled to last until June 30, 2016, and include annual raises of three percent, along with a hike to pension plans.
