Share

A smog warning that had been in effect since Thursday has finally been lifted.

Environment and Climate Change Canada said that the air quality was back to “fair” for Montreal, Longueuil, Varennes, Vaudreuil, Valleyfield-Beauharnois, Mont-Tremblant—Sainte-Agathe, Châteauguay, and La Prairie.

Earlier on Sunday morning, the agency had issued a freezing rain alter for Montreal and the surrounding areas, but it has since also ended.
