Montreal police and the family of a missing woman are asking for help in tracking her down.
Katherine Anne Peacock, 33, was last seen on Wednesday April 6.
She left her home at some point after 11 p.m. Wednesday in the Rosemont-Petite Patrie borough without her wallet or her phone.
Her family is worried about her safety, saying she has been talking walks near the river and near the Lachine Canal. They add she has been expressing suicidal thoughts.
On Saturday, police used a boat equipped with a sonar device and a grappling hook as about a dozen people looked for her along the river in Verdun and Nun's Island.
Peacock is 1.63 and 45 kg (5'4", 100 lb) with long brown hair, blue eyes, and pale skin.
She is believed to have left home wearing a brown hooded winter coat.
Anyone who sees her is asked to call Info-Crime at 514-393-1133.
