Did you hear the thundersnow last night?
These Montrealers caught the phenomenon on camera, and with amazing timing to boot.
Thundersnow !Thundersnow !!!!!Jolyane Limoges et Pierre-Marc Doucet ont eu droit à une forte bourrasque de neige qui a touché le nord de Montréal ce soir. Hé oui, un superbe éclair et un bon coup de tonnerre ! Nous avons même eu droit à un peu de grêle (non pas du grésil, bien de la grêle).Spécial pour un 29 Février ;).

Thundersnow is a term used to describe a winter thunderstorm. Many reported hearing the thunder and lightning and getting caught in snow squalls on the roads.
But the thundersnow isn't the only winter weather phenomenon that will hit the Montreal area in the coming days. You've heard about the storm headed this way, haven't you?
