MONTREAL--Another lawyer is leaving the Charbonneau Commission.
Claude Chartrand, who was the assistant chief counsel for the Commission, announced his resignation on Monday without offering any explanation.
The former chief counsel, Sylvain Lussier, stepped down on October 16 following allegations of a conflict of interest.
After Lussier's resignation he was replaced by Sonia Lebel, who was a member of the Commission's legal team.
