The body of a woman was found in Lac St-Pierre near Trois-Riveres on Monday morning.
Two boaters discovered the body, according to the Surete du Quebec.
The woman’s identity is not yet known.
A spokesperson for the SQ said the police were attempting to identify the body and were researching people reported missing in the past few weeks.
