Three people were found dead Monday after a suspicious house fire in Amos.
Firefighters found the bodies in a house on 4th Ave. after extinguishing a devastating blaze.
The house reportedly burst into flames around 3 p.m. in what appeared to be an explosion, police said. Firefighters arrived at the scene just minutes later but they could’nt prevent the house from burning down.
Within two hours, the fire consumed the two story building.
Investigators are calling the blaze suspicious and the Sûreté du Québec is still looking for a man seen fleeing the scene of the fire.
Authorities have not yet revealed the identities, ages or genders of the victims.
