Police seeking to identify suspect in OC Transpo sexual assault

The Ottawa Police Service is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect accused of sexual assault on an OC Transpo bus last month.

Police say the victim was approached by the suspect onboard a bus at approximately 3:10 p.m. in the 500 block of Somerset Street West on Dec. 29, 2024.

The suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the victim, police say.

Anyone with information as to the identity of this individual or information about this incident is asked to contact the Central Criminal Investigation Section at 613-236-1222 at extension 5166.
