  A lynx was tracked Wednesday near an elementary school in Trois-Rivières, Que., where security measures have been established as a precaution.

• Man, 27, charged with luring, sexual assault; Que. police believe there are more victims

  Quebec provincial police arrested a 27-year-old man and seized his computer, resulting in several charges including luring and sexual assault. Jeff Perrier from Mont-Saint-Michel was arrested on March 14 and his residence was searched, according to a Surete du Quebec (SQ) release.

• Leonardo Rizzuto injured in Laval shooting

  Leonardo Rizzuto, the youngest son of the late reputed Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto, was injured in a shooting in Laval Wednesday afternoon. A police source confirmed that Rizzuto, 53, was shot in the leg while inside a vehicle. Around 4:40 p.m., he was driving a black Mercedes on Highway 440, near Highway 13 in Laval, when someone from another moving vehicle shot at his car.
