She shoots, writes, and edits her own stories and is most passionate about covering politics, social justice, and consumer advocacy stories with creativity and a critical lens.
Formerly a reporter with CityNews Montreal, and reporter and anchor with CJAD 800, Emily earned a degree in Journalism and Political Science from Concordia University. Her work has also appeared on CHOM 97.7, Newstalk 1010, CNN, CTV Vancouver, and the Montreal Gazette.
She transplanted to Montreal from Calgary in 2010, loves to travel, and can conduct interviews in English, French, and Spanish.
