Arsonists attacked a gym Friday morning in Montreal. The attack happened the same way three other establishments were targetted this week: a man smashed a window and threw a Molotov cocktail inside.
Friday's arson attempt at Kardiologik Gym at 7345 St. Laurent Blvd. took place just before 5 a.m., but fizzled out as flames were quickly extinguished by the building's sprinkler system.
The fire department was on the scene quickly, as was the police department.
Damages seem to be minor.
So far police do not have any description of the person who tried to destroy the building.
Earlier this week Molotov cocktails were thrown into two restaurants and a bar. In each case damage was very minor.
