Quebec man on the run from police found in New Brunswick

Quebec provincial police (SQ) are asking for the public's help locating 42-year-old Jerome-Vincent Vaillancourt, who is on the run from authorities. (SQ)

42-year-old Jerome-Vincent Vaillancourt, who was on the run from Quebec police, was found in New Brunswick on Friday.

A few days earlier, Vaillancourt evaded police in Matane, on Quebec's Gaspé Peninsula, while driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

He was arrested around 1:30 p.m. by RCMP officers Saint-Quentin, NB.
