Joe Lofaro is a digital reporter at CTV Montreal and a recent Ottawa transplant. Prior to joining CTV, he filed for web and radio at CBC Ottawa and worked at the courts bureau of the Ottawa Citizen. He got his start in journalism at Metro News Ottawa in 2010. In 2018, he briefly switched careers to work as a digital content writer in the Senate of Canada’s communications directorate.
CTV Montreal is Quebec’s #1 English language television station. Known to generations of Montrealers by its call letters CFCF, it was the first private TV station in the province, and in 2021, will celebrate its 60th anniversary!

CTV Montreal broadcasts newscasts seven days a week from 5-6pm and 11:30pm-12am. Weekdays it also offers newscasts from 12-1pm and 5-6pm.
