A 72-year-old woman died in Cote-des-Neiges on Thursday afternoon when she was hit by a truck while crossing the street.
The woman was crossing édouard-Montpetit Blvd. at around 5 p.m. when the truck exited a parking lot near a construction site and turned to head east on the street.
The woman was hit and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Montreal police was investigating the incident.
