Downtown Montreal store window shattered by gunshot

Montreal police are investigating after a downtown store window was shot at.

Police say they received a call around 10 a.m. about a shattered store window that appeared to have been shot at on Guy Street near Lincoln Street.

Once officers arrived at the scene they saw the broken window and found at least one shell casing on the ground.

However, police said they did not receive any 911 calls about gunshots in the area. There were no reported injuries.

A crime scene was set up and no arrests have been made as the investigation is ongoing.
