Country star Carrie Underwood says she never wants to come back to Montreal after her car was broken into during a recent visit to the city.
The Grammy-winner told the Minneapolis radio station K102 that while in Montreal with her Ottawa Senator husband Mike Fisher, thieves broke into their rental car.
"So, that was fun," she said on-air. "I am not going back to Montreal."
The couple got engaged when the NHL forward popped the question days before Christmas 2009.
They reportedly met after Underwood performed at a concert in Ottawa in March 2008.
Underwood, who grew up in Oklahoma, was quickly lifted to stardom after winning the fourth season of "American Idol."
She told the radio station she's enjoying splitting her time between her Nashville home and Fisher's base in Ottawa.
"It is nice being a hockey wife," she told the radio station. "I can spend hours in a grocery store and I'm the happiest person in the universe."
