Long-time CJAD radio host Dave Fisher has announced his retirement.
Fisher, who turned 65 this week, has worked as weekend anchor for 32 years.
According to CJAD, Fisher began his radio career at CKLY 910 AM in Lindsay, Ontario, and working on the airwaves in Peterborough, Winnipeg, Hamilton and Ottawa before landing in Montreal at CJFM, CFCF radio and then finally at CJAD.
Fisher will officially sign off the air in August. His replacement will be announced at a later date, CJAD stated.
