For the first time in its history Bixi is in good financial shape.
The bike sharing service has posted its first surplus of just over $800,000.
The city bought the Montreal-based operation last year, after Bixi had filed for bankrupty.
In 2012 it posted a loss of $6.5 million, and another loss of $750,000 the following year. It has received multiple multi-million dollar bailouts since its creation.
