An eyewitness spotted an arsonist Friday morning the moment he threw a Molotov cocktail into a depanneur in Montreal.
This is the second time this week an arsonist has attacked the Boni Soir at 2500 Rachel St. East.
Friday's incident began at 4:05 a.m. when, according to the witness, someone smashed the front door of the depanneur, hurled a Molotov cocktail into the store and started a fire.
By the time police and the fire department arrived the suspect was long gone.
The good news is that damage from fire and smoke was minimal. Nobody was hurt.
Police are trying to determine why this location has been targetted twice.
