CTV Montreal’s Brian Wilde polled the Alouettes on how they plan to quell Argos’ QB Ricky Ray’s aerial attack in their upcoming playoff duel.

Coach Mark Trestman: “What we're trying to do is eliminate just one click by the quarterback and he has to throw it just a bit quicker and our guys get in position to make a play.”

Middle Linebacker Shea Emry: “For us it is just execution. Just make sure that we are flying around and give a great effort.”

DE John Bowman: “The coach preached to us and showed us tape and if guys aren't getting in his face, he has all day and it's corner routs all day. Then he showed up tape of when he gets pressure. If you take his time away, then he is just a normal quarterback. So we took that personally and know that we got to get in his face.”

DB Dwight Anderson: “Ricky is at his best when he has time to dissect the defense. I'm not saying we are going to bring pressure all the time, but as a defense we have to give him a different look each and every time, so that's our plan.”

DB Jerald Brown: “It's about focusing on Sunday and taking care of business. Whatever happened in the past that doesn't matter. It's a new season and it's time to go to work.”
