WEATHER | Bundle up and batten down: winter storm hits Quebec

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) issued a winter storm warning on Sunday for the Greater Montreal Area and the region's citizens woke up expecting as much as 25 centimetres of snow expected on Monday.
