7 Quebec restaurants in the running for national contest

Air Canada’s in flight travel magazine enRoute has unveiled its nominees for the best new restaurants in the country.
For the second year, food and wine writer Andrew Braithwaite has assembled a list of the best of the culinary best. The restaurants all open somewhere between June 2013 and June 2014.
This year, among the thirty restaurants on the list there are six are from Montreal and one from Quebec City: Impasto, H4c, Patrice Patissier, Mercuri, Le Serpent, Vin Papillon and Legende.
The magazine will reveal its top ten in a special November food issue.
