A 55 year old St-Amable woman was killed in a crash early Sunday morning.
Police say the woman was alone in her SUV when she collided with a taxi just before 3 a.m.
The crash happened at the corner of Herve St. and rue Principale in St-Amable on the South Shore.
The speed limit in the area is 80 kilometres per hour.
The taxi driver and his passenger were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The woman was pronounced dead a few hours later in hospital.
