Two women are in hospital after being stabbed with a sharp object outside Honore-Beaugrand metro.
The two 23-year-old women suffered non-life threatening injuries in an altercation with three other women just before 9:00 p.m.
The three other women in their 20s fled the scene on foot but later turned themselves in to police.
They were arrested and are currently being questioned by investigators.
Police say it appears all five women knew each other although the circumstances that lead to the event are unclear.
