Quebec wants more immigrants as job shortage looms

Quebec has launched a new campaign highlighting the importance of immigration to the economy.
Immigration Minister Yolande James outlined a television and newspaper campaign.
As baby boomers retire over the next four years, some 700,000 jobs will have to be filled.
Quebec has raised its immigration target by 10,000 to 55,000 through next year to try to fill part of the labour gap.
