The hunt is on for Guy Roy, 57, who Quebec provincial police say defrauded online vendors of over $700,000 through the use of phony certified cheques.
The SQ provincial police have issued a plea for help in locating Roy, who is from Gatineau.
Roy allegedly contacted people selling their products online and then purchased their products over the phone, paying with fake certified cheques.
Roy is listed at 5’6” (1.68 m), weighs 190 lb (86 kg) and has grey hair and blue eyes.
