The iPhone 5 was on the market for only a few hours before it sold out.
As a result shipping to Canada, even for people who purchased one on the first day it was available, will be delayed.
"If you work up at 3 a.m. you're okay, you're all set, you're all right if you ordered it this morning," said Elias Makos, who did wake up that early to order the latest and greatest Apple product.
"People ordering it now, and we're talking just 12 hours after they officially started sales, you're going to have to wait a little bit longer, so they're saying you'll have to wait an extra week push it back to the 28th of September," said Makos.
