NDG residents complain of almost being hit by cars after traffic allowed both ways on Hampton

Some NDG residents said they have almost been hit by cars after traffic was allowed to temporarily go in both directions on Hampton Ave., a street that was previously one-way. A sign was installed on Wednesday.

Some NDG residents are unhappy with recent roadwork, saying the borough waited too long to warnm them a one-way street was being temporarily allowing traffic in both directions.

Hampton Ave. has been a two-way street for the past couple of weeks, but a sign indicating the change only went up on Wednesday.

Several people have said they were almost hit by cars because they were unaware of the change.
