Two orderlies at Santa Cabrini Hospital in Montreal have been suspended for three weeks as punishment for serving shaving cream to a patient
The patient tasted the shaving cream, which appeared to be whipped cream atop a fruit plate, and immediately spat it out without actually ingesting any of it.
Hospital management took the measure last Wednesday and noted that both employees have been on staff for several years and had not been suspended in the past.
