A man suspected of following and robbing a woman outside of the Mont Royal metro has been identified but remains on the lam.
Police have asked for help from the public in searching for Constantin Alin Dinescu, 29, who they suspect might be in Quebec City.
Surveillance images spotted a man who looks like Dinescu robbing a woman at a bank machine at St. Denis and Mont Royal on January 20. He had followed the woman from the metro station.
Dinescu stands about 5’9” (1.75 m) and weighs about 150 lb (69kg). Anybody who spots him is asked to call police at 911.
