Montreal police are asking for help in the search for Kathleen Vincent, 68.
The woman left her supervised home near Park Row and Sherbrooke in NDG on Thursday September 18.
She requires medication to avoid becoming disoriented and might be seen frequenting cafes, metros bus stations around Sherbrooke West.
She stands 5'5" (1.65 m) and weighs 200 lbs (90 kg).
Anybody with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact police at 911.
