A violent collision in Lavaltrie early Thursday morning sent three people to the hospital.
It happened at around 1 a.m. on Thursday on Route 131 in Lavaltrie near Alain Street, just upon entering the city.
Despite the severe damage to the cars, the passenger and drivers only suffered minor injuries.
Officers were quickly at the scene because the incident happened near the town’s police station.
One of the cars had slammed into a driveway and hit a parked car.
Quebec police spokesperson Sgt. Audrey-Anne Bilodeau said alcohol was not a factor.
The cause of the collision is still unknown.
