As the Montreal Children's Hospital staff prepares to vacate the old building for the new MUHC Glen facility, it's the perfect time to look back at all the medical innovations.

It’s also a great time to reflect on the special culture of caring that developed at the Tupper St. location and decades earlier, when the Montreal Children's story first began.

Named the Children's Memorial Hospital, the more modest first incarnation of the Children’s opened in 1904.
