A tentative agreement has been reached between casino workers and Loto Quebec.

The union and Loto Quebec have been in intense negotiation talks all week.

More than 1,000 croupiers staged a one-day walkout on Monday to protest not having had a contract for 16 months.

The details on the agreement have not been made public yet - but the dealers were asking for a two per cent wage increase per year for the next five years.

A union representative said workers will meet shortly to vote on the agreement.
