The SQ provincial police is seeking help in their attempt to locate a man sought in connection with a possible attempted child abduction on February 19 north of Quebec City.
The composite image was issued after a stranger showed up at a daycare to pick up a child in Ste. Brigitte de Laval, a town of about 6,000 that sits about 30 kms north of Quebec City.
He quickly left the scene and is now being sought for questioning in connection with what could be an attempted kidnapping.
The suspect is aged between 30 and 45, weighs 200 lbs (90 kg) and stands about 5'9" (1.75 m).
