An 81-year-old man was killed in a freak accident Sunday morning.
Police now say the man was unloading goods from a truck at a home on Dollard Ave. in LaSalle around 8:45 a.m. when the car started to move.
They had previously said the man was doing repairs on the vehicle.
He was crushed between the truck and the garage wall.
An Urgencies Sante doctor declared the man dead at the scene.
