A 26-year-old man has been arrested after shots were fired at a car in Dollard-des-Ormeaux Friday evening.
At least one shot was fired near Roger-Pilon St. and Barnette St. around 7:30 p.m. Local residents called police to alert them to the gunshots.
When police arrived, they found a man and woman in a car that had been hit by one bullet.
The woman was treated for shock.
A suspect, who is known to police, was arrested near the scene.
He is facing several charges including attempted murder and possession of a firearm.
