Graduation night is always a special occasion, especially for a group of Lester B. Pearson students. They are celebrating the end of their high school years, and the end of a decade of being together in the same classes.

Graduate Melissa Fasulo says the group of friends have known each other most of their lives.

"Since kindergarten, if not more! Some even from pre-K. It's been a long time," said Fasulo.

During Friday night's celebration, proud parents like Adele Digiosa were wearing out the batteries on their digital cameras, and thinking about what the future holds for their children.

"I'm sure that they're going to wonderful things in the world. They have all promising futures," said Digiosa.

"They're all great students as well as wonderful human beings. We're very proud of them, very proud of them."

The icing on the cake was Philip Russo's birthday. He turned 17 on grad night.

"I think I'll always remember this. It's gonna be fun," said Russo.

The 27 friends crowded into a limo-bus to go to a reception hall for the big party, and a night they will not soon forget.
