Everything in Laval was just gravy on Saturday… with some fries and cheese, as well.
The city was celebrating its Grand Poutinefest at Place Montmorency. The celebration of Quebec’s favourite dish continues on Sunday.
Almost 40 different kinds of poutine are on offer, including bacon double cheeseburger poutine and general tao poutine.
Organizers said they were inspired by the success of Montreal’s poutine festival. This year’s edition will take place from June 23 to 26.
