A late night fire broke out in a semi-detached house located at 6565 Collins in Cote Saint-Luc on Friday.
No one was living in the home, and it was undergoing renovations.
The blaze is estimated to have caused $20,000 in damages.
No injuries have been reported, though the neighboring home was evacuated as a precaution. Residents were allowed to return within a few hours.
