More than 500 police officers searched around 50 homes, businesses and vehicles in and around Granby this morning .
The Sureté du Quebec and multiple regional police forces broke up a wide-ranging drug trafficking ring.
Police arrested 47 people including two alleged ringleaders. Police allege those arrested have ties to the Hells Angels.
Officers have seized cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana.
One of the locations searched was Nitro Gym.
Those arrested could face several charges including drug possession and trafficking and will appear in court in Sherbrooke on Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday.
The investigation started in August 2013 because of information that came from the public.
